honestly; the best one that i never had a problem with is the wax; the orange stuff that comes in like grease jars but its soo heavy; right now i am tryin out this oil by ampro pro style and its a heat protector and its really light. so when i wash my hair ill let u kno if i have any heat damage or not; and i kno its not really a heat protector but before i used shea moisture deep treatment (u can leave it in the hair) and i had no problem twice
